Warranty Returns: If a problem should occur with your product within the warranty period beginning on the date of purchase, please call 1-800-704-1596 to receive an RMA number and information will be provided on how to return your product. Packages arriving without an RMA number cannot be processed, and will be discarded. Once the returned product has been received, it will be replaced within 14 business days. Defective Returns: If you received a product that is defective out of the box, please call us within the first 10 days, and a RMA number and instructions will be provided. Packages arriving without a RMA number cannot be processed, and will be discarded. We offer two options in handling defective items. Option 1 - We can advance replace the product by charging your credit card for the replacement amount, and in most cases ship your product the same day. Once the defective product is returned and confirmed defective, a credit will be issued back to your credit card for the same amount charged. Option 2 - The defective product is returned and confirmed defective. Your replacement product is then processed and will be shipped to you within 2 business days. Replacement products are always shipped to the customer via Ground delivery. Returns for Repair: If your product is past the date of warranty, and is need of a repair. Please call us to receive an RMA number and return instructions. Packages arriving without a RMA number cannot be processed, and will be discarded. When receiving your RMA, please advise us of the products issue, and an estimate will be provided to you. If the product is in need of extensive repair, you will be notified prior to any repairs being made. Refund Policy: If you purchased a product from our website and want to return the item. You must follow the following steps within 7 days of receiving the product. Call in to 1-800-704-1596 to receive an RMA number and return instructions. Make sure all the items and paperwork are put back in their original packaging and seal the box. Follow the return procedure given on the RMA sheet. After the above steps have been taken, please make yourself aware of how credits are processed. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for new product returns and the product must be returned in resale condition in its original packaging. Once a resale condition has been confirmed, a credit for the amount (minus the 20% re-stock fee and the original shipping charges) will be placed back on your credit card or a check mailed. To avoid the 20% re-stocking fee, you may place a comparable offsetting order at the time of the return. This new order will be charged to your card, and the credit will be provided once the items have been returned and confirmed in resale condition. If the items are returned with wear or cosmetic issues, or packaging is missing. The product will be considered in used condition, and a credit will not be provided. Items may either be returned at the customers expense, or be sold as used equipment. Order Cancellations Policy: If you need to cancel an order that you recently placed, simply call or email us with your order number and request that your order be cancelled. We cannot cancel an order if it has already been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please follow our normal refund policy.
