(United States) Free freight applies only to orders over $2800. Truck deliveries to businesses with a residential address do not qualify for free freight. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to HI, AK, or Canada. GENERAL TERMS - Truck deliveries over 150 lbs. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours (weekday orders) whenever possible. However, delivery times vary for each product. We do our best to offer curb side delivery to your business location. It is the customer's responsibility to have the means to unload the shipment, e.g., by fork lift or by loading dock. Contractor Supply Store Inc. is not responsible if the product cannot be unloaded off the truck. Truck drivers are not responsible to help unload the shipment. If a truck shipment is requested to a residential address a $90 fee will be added. You may request terminal pickup to avoid the $90 residential fee. If a lift gate is requested, a $90 fee will be added. This must be specified upfront. All lift gate charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will call you with a freight quote. Your order will not be charged until we get your approval. UPS/FEDEX SHIPMENTS - Applies to smaller items weighing up to 150 lbs. Shipping is calculated based on zip code, dimensions, weight and delivery method (regular, overnight etc.) We will determine which method of shipping will be the most economical. Overnight shipping - based on stock availability and time of request. Please call to request. FREIGHT DAMAGE Please inspect shipment for visible damage immediately upon receipt before the carrier leaves. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until your order has been carefully inspected and you are satisfied with the product as received. If your order has been damaged, please make note of the damage on the bill of lading - delivery receipt. If you do receive a damaged shipment you may choose not to accept the delivery, and we will handle any claims directly with the carrier. Note that if you do not document damage on the delivery receipt, the freight carrier will not take responsibility and a damage claim will not be possible.
